SATURDAY 15th November – Decorate Your Own Willow Lantern.
Would you like to carry a lantern in the Great Grimsby Light Parade as part of the Christmas Festival on 22nd November?
Join Lucy and Wendy at a FREE workshop to decorate your very own willow lantern, ready to shine bright in the Great Grimsby Light Parade on November 22nd, as part of the town centre’s Christmas Festival.
Where: People Make Grimsby, 7 Baxtergate. Freshney Place, Grimsby
Sessions:
- 10am – 11am
- 11:30am – 12:30pm
- 1pm – 2pm
- 2:30pm – 3:30pm
This FREE, family-friendly workshop is open to all. All materials will be provided, and you’ll have plenty of options to personalise your lantern design.
Please Note: Booking is per lantern, not per person. Groups are welcome – for example, a child and adult (or a small group) can work together to create one lantern, which counts as a single booking.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Those under 11 will need help during the workshop (15th November) and when carrying the lantern at the Parade (22nd November).
